A five-day training on Participatory Groundwater Management was conducted from 27th to 31st August 2024 at AF Ecology Centre, Anantapur. The training aimed to build a comprehensive understanding of groundwater systems and promote community-based management approaches. Participants were introduced to concepts such as aquifer mapping, water budgeting, and sustainable extraction practices. Practical sessions and group exercises facilitated experiential learning and knowledge sharing. The program empowered field teams and community leaders to adopt informed and collaborative strategies for conserving groundwater resources.
