A three-day training on Participatory Groundwater Management and Crop Water Budget was held from 24th to 26th September 2024 at Horsley Hills, Madanapalle. The program aimed to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to sustainably manage groundwater resources through community participation. Sessions focused on aquifer understanding, water budgeting, and aligning crop choices with water availability. Interactive modules, group discussions, and field exercises enhanced hands-on learning. The training empowered stakeholders to make informed decisions for efficient water use and long-term agricultural sustainability.
