On the occasion of International Candlelight Memorial Day, a heartfelt candlelight rally was organized by RIDS-1-Kambadur with the support of APSACS and the District Medical and Health Department. Held every year on the third Sunday of May, the event honors those who have lost their lives to HIV, supports those living with it, and raises awareness to prevent further transmission. During the rally, PHC-Kambadur Medical Officer and Staff emphasized the importance of treating people living with HIV with dignity and equality. The event echoed this year’s theme: Together we remember, Together we heal, Through love and solidarity.
